Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SheekBot's dashboard, bot, and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

SheekBot is a chat bot and dashboard for streamers, connecting to platforms like Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Spotify, and X to provide chat commands, moderation, alerts, overlays, automations, and related features. Some features require you to connect a third-party platform account via OAuth — doing so is subject to that platform's own terms as well as these Terms.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Plans and billing

SheekBot offers a free plan and paid plans with additional features. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the dashboard; changes take effect as described at checkout or in your billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate the terms of service of any platform you connect (Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Spotify, X, etc.)
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, or facilitate illegal activity
• Impersonate a real person or organization in a way intended to deceive or defraud
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use SheekBot to raid a Discord server, spam webhooks, or attempt unauthorized role or privilege escalation
• Use AI or voice features to generate content that infringes someone else's rights (including a real person's likeness or a copyrighted character) in a way that violates applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that we reasonably believe put the Service, other users, or connected platforms at risk.

Your content

You retain ownership of the commands, messages, alert configurations, and other content you create in SheekBot. You're responsible for that content and for having the rights to any media (images, audio, voice samples) you upload or configure the Service to use.

Third-party platforms and services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers (including Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Spotify, X, Stripe, and ElevenLabs) that we don't control. We're not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or their own terms and policies — connecting an integration means you also agree to that platform's terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will keep working with every third-party platform indefinitely (platforms change their APIs without notice). This includes not being liable for unintended Discord role additions or removals, missed webhook deliveries, or server misconfigurations (for example, SheekBot's role sitting below a target role, which prevents it from assigning that role) that stop a feature from working as expected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheekBot isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
