Yes. Upgrade to Pro whenever you like, and cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe's secure checkout.

Is there a free trial?

There's no time-limited trial, but the Free plan is free forever and covers the whole chat bot — a good way to try SheekBot before upgrading. You can cancel Pro anytime.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period, then automatically switch to the free plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes: a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Pro isn't for you, email support@dialdesigns.org within 30 days of your first Pro payment and we'll refund it in full. See the Terms for details.
